Almost certain these are close to expiration. Amazon is notorious for doing this, lowering prices to unload expiring food. Make sure check the use by date when you receive your order.

Good deal compare to the usual pricing. Decent fiber and protein with no added sugar. But I don't like the tastes of these and calories is too high for the amount of protein.

210 calories for 12 grams of protein. As someone said, that's a low protein/calorie ratio if you are primarily after protein, but it seems like a pretty healthy snack otherwise. I'm getting them for my kids to try. 😋

Haven't tried this flavor, but RXBARs are great. A little stiff, but that taste decent and the ingredients are all right there on the front in bold letters. IMO these are so much better than Quest with all their "chemicals", but to each their own.

FYI, Amazon has been skipped my orders that they deem at high risk of melting during deliver this time of year. Not sure these are like the other protein bars I have in S&S, but just an FYI.

What's the best for protein to calories ratio?

- Atkins and Fitcrunch: taste great, but they all have maltitol
- Quest bars: taste ok, but expensive. No maltitol. Sam's has a 14-pack for $21
- Elevation Keto bars: these are at Aldi's. No maltitol but read the label carefully because there are several varieties. Good price.

The problem with all these bars is that they're processed. The fact is that if you made an all-natural, low-carb bar, there's no way it can taste sweet. But apparently enough Americans have a sweet tooth that manufacturers just keep loading them up with sweeteners.
