You're supposed to but some store employees have been stealing the RRs claiming none printed. Make sure you inquire if you don't get yours.

No. The terms say "only available on in-store purchases." Many people are getting them, but not all and you have no real room to argue if you don't. People seem to be having more success if you go into the store to pickup.

The RR print with pickup. If a person does not get theirs, they should inquire. The RRs still print upon completion of the order. The orders are still being done in store even if they bring it out to the car.

I agree with LadyD. In store means you are completing the transaction at the store register and getting your products from the store's inventory. As opposed to Ship to Store or Ship to Home where your transaction is completed online and products ship from a warehouse inventory and you do not get a register receipt, or register rewards.

Has anyone purchased head and shoulders this week and know which variety prints the RR?

I purchased dry scalp care and itchy scalp care varieties which did not print the $4 RR.

Ordered online for same day pick up as I always do and it printed at the photo counter register (for those who still doubt that you are supposed to earn RR with pick up orders.)

I tried again and it didn't print and they again said they don't work on pickup since it isn't rung up as a normal store transaction. So 🤷 ♂️ (and yes I went to photo counter and then they went to regular register to ring out)

The items aren't working for some reason. Everybody else gets their RRs even with curbside.
