Lightweight, great foam, and my current pair are still pretty responsive after 175 miles, people online typically say they get at least 300–400, depending on their size/usage. Shift is comparable to a Hoka Clifton, and the Pro is like a lower-stack Vaporfly.

So I guess if you are running a 3:01 in the Endorphin Pro and really want a 2:59.59 - then go with the Next% - otherwise the Endorphins will more than suffice.
