Emulation on this is subpar, lags when a lot is going on in game. Easy pass

Every emulator discussion always gets bogged down by people saying "oh, you can just buy a Raspberry Pi and a modified controller and download all sorts of sketchy software and troubleshoot for a few hours to pirate more games for "free" or "better" until you have to troubleshoot it again in a few months, and much of the world doesn't have time for that crap or doesn't want to pirate. All power to you if you like it, but people interested in buying stuff like this generally aren't interested in figuring all that stuff out. No hard feelings, the downvotes don't do anything to you, but they do hide the comments.

It's basically just a collectors item or conversation piece, don't expect anyone to actually play these 3 games more than few hours in that tiny screen. Better install emulator and buy razer controller for your phone, or buy one of those retro handheld consol things, they look pretty cool but high maintenance.

I bought one during Xmas just for hoarding. Had a $5 rewards cert from BB so I only paid $45. Haven't opened it yet, figured it'll be cool to add to my collection of random Nintendo stuff.

given that it has a Li-Ion battery in it, I wouldn't hoard it for too many years

Wow an unpopular opinion
Least you can do is give feedback. I don't mind having a discussion about it after all.

I paid full price for this when they first came out. Do I regret buying it? Yes. Have I played it once in the last 5 months? Absolutely not. Having said that, it's really not a bad product. I enjoyed it a ton in the first month and the quality is good. The replay value just not there to justify paying more than like $30 for it.

Weird. I've not noticed any slowdown and I've completed every level at least 3 times… what parts had slowdown for you?

I have one of these for my 5 and 8 year old and I think it's great. It's kind of tough, compared to a Switch, and the battery lasts surprisingly long. I just leave it in a cup holder in the car for them and they use it all the time while we are driving.

I don't think it's a great item for an adult but it's great for what it is - a kids toy like the original.

If this were just "Nintendo Game", I'd pass. But man! I gotta have that watch!
