Meh, several sales last year of this price. Newer model here/soon. I expect a deeper discount IMHO.
Good headphones though, I enjoy mine. Phone calls aren't the best but fine. Especially when used with proper fitting tips, they have the best ANC I've tried. I regularly use mine to mow and listen to podcasts/music. Overall though, even as an Android user, I prefer the Airpods Pro for fit, calls, and A- ANC.
My wife's 1.5 year old WF's have awful battery life after a recent update. I'd either get the new XM4's or avoid these - they have a terrible microphone and stick out quite a bit in your ears.
Has anyone found better aftermarket ear tips for these to help keep them in your ears?
Comply tips are what I currently use and they make ones that fit in the case perfectly. They seem to do a pretty good job of staying in compared to the stock ones.
Note: comply typically runs a 2 for 1 or 50% sale. I'd wait for that to purchase.
I can definitely recommend them. Note that the size of the Sony's "small" ear tip is closer to a medium SpinFit CP360 ear tip, and the "medium" closer to a large SpinFit.
Got these 10 days ago at BB for the same price for mowing. These are pretty solid, no complaints here, though I just use them to listen to music.
Well, may be taking mine back. Looks like the XM4's are releasing this month still, at $100 more. But they are IPX4.
You can order them now and get them as early as next week.
This is no longer a sale price. Been this amount on Amazon for a loooong time for new condition. This needs to drop a Huge amount now that the new model is out for it to be post worthy.

The newer models are already here - and they're $280. This is a decent deal, on its own, but the review I read on the XM4's seems to suggest they're the ones to get if you want the best noise reduction money can buy. That said, $280 is too much - sorry, Sony. The XM4's should be almost 6 months old by about Black Friday / Cyber Monday, so I'd have to believe that may be the time you might have to wait to get a decent deal on the XM4s.
Not worth it. I bought a used pair for $75 last year. Sound is great, but they're uncomfortable and fall out. I have 10 pairs of tips. No matter which I use my ears hurt or the buds fall out. These things are also huge.

This is brand NEW.
Nope. While there were several refurbs, there were a lot of $178 new on Amazon, best buy, and others.

The Buds lineup are better for comfort.

They won't drop much. The XM3 barely dropped in price at all since they were released a couple years ago. They stayed steady at $230 until recently.
