That is a question loaded with variables. Anyways I will give my data points as a reference. For me here, 5G is a couple miles away on TMO and not that great. However, on my newer devices with the Standalone 5G Sim Card (VS say another same phone that i just popped in old SIM in instead). . .the phones with SA sims get 100-150mbps, where as the non SA sim phones gets 60-100 normally, all other things equal.

Another quirk is the 5G home internet Gateway I recently got. It seems to be non SA 5G, further evidenced by the primary signal always being set at 4G no matter how you twerk the online settings (other than shutting of 4G altogether, which shuts down communication in the end). And keep in mind I never get better than 'Good" signal on the app (There are higher VG and Excellent ratings). . .but when I am at "Good" it pulls from B2 4G or B66 4G. . .and Gives me 50-100Mbps hardwired. . .and when I twist the gateway slightly to where it gives me "Weak" signal. . .it seems to pull off the N71 5G tower and my speeds jump up to 100-200mbps hardwired. For reference, my 4G towers are just under a mile away due east, and the n71 5G tower is roughly 2 miles away and to the NE, so it's not that hard to try and exclude one or the other. . .

If you're planning on sticking with T-Mobile for the next 2 years, this is a great deal. They're giving $800 for Pixel 3s and S8s!

No, the phone can't have any cracks on the screen and must be functional.

Maybe TM should just hang out on street corners and in malls and hand out free flagship phones to anyone who wants one? The business model behind bill credits is to keep you as a customer (that pays for the phone). Why would any business give away free items without something on the back-end to make that money back?
Some people think they are smart - don't waste your time. There are 100s of trolls using the same comment over and over each time TM deal goes live " bill credits suck, just give me the damn phone!". If you don't like the bill credits, move on. This deal is not for you. Apple store is everywhere, buy it unlocked lol

I think the trade-in phone must be active on the account and here is why. I have 2 lines that I plan to trade in, one with Note 10 and the other is iPhone 7+ but I plan to send in 2 of A71 for trade. During the online trade-in process they give me $800 off for Note 10 but $500 off for iPhone 7+. Hence I got $300 less on the 2nd line. After swap iphone with A71 then I got $800 for the trade value.

not in my case since the trade value is different between the active phone on my account (iphone 7+ for $500 off) and the trade-in phone (A71 for $800 off)

I already knew that my point here is to tell the other people to aware that in order to get the proper trade value. the trade in phone should be actived prior the online trade. since my case got less value with active phone v.s. the trade phone.

Sprint swac lines eligible?
Always the first question I have. Although with the price I pay, u wonder if it is worth it to switch to ATT prepaid for a cheaper cost. I don't use much data anyways and it has rollover

Doesn't need to be active on the account. For the last deal, I traded in a 5+ year old AT&T Samsung that was never on T-Mobile, password locked, and they accepted it.
