These just dropped from $24.99 to $19.99 and there is a 20% clippable coupon on the product page. This is the cheapest I have ever gotten them.
I tried to order 2 sets in the same order, but it would apply the discount to both. BUT, I was able to place 2 separate orders and clip the coupon for each of them. Also got a slow shipping credit on both.

I think this might be YMMV, I'm getting 19.99, but the 20% off coupon comes and goes when I refresh the page. When I do get it to stick, it doesn't discount the price at checkout. I also do not see the 20% coupon when I search for Kasa under coupons (though the $2 off 1 pack does show up).
