Do yourself a favor and get some safety bars if you get this I see people mentioning this being ok for new lifters but they usually need the safety bars more than the vets that know are limits with that said I still always set my safety bars when I bench after 20 years of lifting because shit happens and I don't want to crush my face because I pulled or tore something

I'd go with the $170 one too. It comes with the additional bottom bars for the rubber straps which is nice
