I am not sure if this is a deal, because it shows -$200 off and PLUS $720 off via master card (if you add a line)
So what i know from T-Mobile is that BOGO S21 I have to add a line to get $799 off of 2nd one, but need to open for 2 years because of credit. Would Costco Deal be better? it is still +1 Line required.

Did you already had a line ?
If yes - so basically you have
a. 2 lines now
b. New device you took 200 $ off - does it have an existing line on this ?
c. old device moved as BYOD - 300$ off ?
I was thinking something like this .. so any help will be appreciated

We have two lines and I'm opening a third. For the third line we use my old phone. It enters the system as a new device and a new line. After 90 days, if I want, I can end the line. The deal with the two phones is cheaper, but they will be locked for 3 months and you have to take them on installment, and I didn't want to be tied to them for 2 years. I estimated that with 200 discount and 300 off the line the price will become low enough. Then I can sell my old phone for more money on Facebook.

First I buy the new phone $ 900. A store employee changes the IMEI number with my new one. The second step we add a third line to our current 2 will raise our account for 3 months with a little, but after the third month I can terminate it. Then he adds IMEI from the old phone to the system for the new SIM card.
This way I avoid paying for a month and a contract for 2 years. In 3 months if I want I can go to another operator. Paying cash is not a problem for me. Contracts are a problem.

I was told the new phone is locked to t-Mobile for 6 months, but am not sure if you have to pay for 6 months to get it unlocked.
