Amazon is currently offering a $29.99 "clippable" coupon off the $129.99 price of the Panasonic FlashXpress Compact Toaster Oven (NB-G100P), making the final price $100 with free shipping. Normally, this tends to hover around $140. Deal is for the stainless steel version only.

On a personal note, I own this toaster oven, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's got some quirks, but it's truly fantastic.

Ok wait, so you scored one for $30 less only... 14.5 years ago. And therefore this deal is lukewarm?

Don't listen to this guy. He clearly has no understanding of inflation or the economy. His $70 in 2006 would equate to a bit less than $95 right now. This is the best price I have seen since 2017, and I'm not sure I'm willing to wait three more years to HOPE to see it get down to $90. If you need a toaster oven now, this is a good deal. So if you can fit it into your budget, buy it. Personally, I'm saving my money for a time machine so that I can get one for $70 in 2006.
Found these at Target. They fit perfectly.

Best toaster over I've ever owned. Need to replace the pan though.

Tempting, just to get a "clean" one. On my second one now, use it every day. Just moved to a new house with a "normal" kitchen yet I still prefer making my biscuits and scones in the Flash instead of the "big" oven. Especially since it's high summer here.

It's small, it's quirky, and it looks like it was designed in 1980…

but it's the best toaster oven ever. I miss mine dearly.

Does this small oven come with some insulation so air around it won't get cook too? I only see full size oven have insulation.

Have one of these for 8 years now. Still going strong and would purchase another if it ever stops working.

In the market for a new toaster oven. Apparently this Toshiba one will be on sale for $60 in the coming days:

Is this Panasonic one worth the $40 extra?

The power button is broken on mine, it'll turn on/off spontaneously while toasting. I #fixed it by wedging a toothpick into the power button, forcing it to stay on

Like the toaster but has anyone found a decent tray for this? The aluminum one that comes with it stinks.

A thousand times yes. We're on our third one. Bought our first probably around 2005. IMO They make every other toaster oven pretty much useless. Everyone we've recommended them to has thanked us.

I second all the good reviews. This is 100x better than your regular toaster oven. Much faster in toasting and does so much more. Left over pizzas, frozen hash browns and eggrolls are easy on this oven.

No. That said, if I'm roasting almonds for ~18 minutes at 320F, or doing 12 minutes at 460 for biscuits, the cabinet it's under doesn't get warm (there's several inches of clearance).

I have a spare pan from the first oven I wore out, so I rotate the pans in the dishwasher. And I have a grill on legs that fits in the pan and I use it for toast (cooks a wee bit faster a half inch closer to the top element). Try your local thifts for pans, you might luck out. Got a couple of small cake pans for Jiffy cakes that way.
