Amazon is currently offering a $29.99 "clippable" coupon off the $129.99 price of the Panasonic FlashXpress Compact Toaster Oven (NB-G100P), making the final price $100 with free shipping. Normally, this tends to hover around $140. Deal is for the stainless steel version only.
On a personal note, I own this toaster oven, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's got some quirks, but it's truly fantastic.

Don't listen to this guy. He clearly has no understanding of inflation or the economy. His $70 in 2006 would equate to a bit less than $95 right now. This is the best price I have seen since 2017, and I'm not sure I'm willing to wait three more years to HOPE to see it get down to $90. If you need a toaster oven now, this is a good deal. So if you can fit it into your budget, buy it. Personally, I'm saving my money for a time machine so that I can get one for $70 in 2006.

Is this Panasonic one worth the $40 extra?

I have a spare pan from the first oven I wore out, so I rotate the pans in the dishwasher. And I have a grill on legs that fits in the pan and I use it for toast (cooks a wee bit faster a half inch closer to the top element). Try your local thifts for pans, you might luck out. Got a couple of small cake pans for Jiffy cakes that way.
