Healthy is a very loaded word to use (which is why you used quotes) but I will say the Quest Nutrition branding already gives away that this product is intended for those not looking to lose weight necessarily but for those who are tracking their macros. There is a world of difference between a 210 calorie cookie full of sugar/carbs and a 220 calorie cookie with 16g of protein and minimal carbs.

220 calories per cookie. Just for comparison a sugary Costco cookie is 210 calories. I've attempted baking " healthy" cookies from IG recipes using ingredients like puréed pumpkin or chickpeas but didn't turn out great

If you need a protein supplement, I doubt calories are a huge concern.

You really need to try them to come to any sort of reasonable conclusion. I like this particular flavor, but I will admit that they taste a bit chalky and have a stevia-like aftertaste.

All those calories come from protein which is good for you, all the calories from the costco cookie comes from sugar which is not good for you and carbs also not good for you in high quantities if your sedentary. BIG BIG difference.

Agreed all of them I try are a bit chalky which I think is the norm since i tried other brands and they were even worse. I dont get the stevial-link aftertaste on the double chocolate flavor though.

These are at least edible and soft cookies compared to other brands which I tried were rock hard or like eating cardboard.

Overall I would say these are definitely one of the better brands of protein cookies. I currently am eating a double chocolate fudge as we speak. Never tried either of the flavors on sale but I am running low of these chocolate fudge so in for 2 boxes of each flavor. If I can down a triple scoop protein shake of a flavor daily I cant stand trust me nothing can be worse.

I have not had either of these flavors but the two I had were both very soft cookies, which I found to be easy to eat compared to the cardboard from other brands.

I normally prefer Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies like this, but the regular Quest chocolate chip are way better than these.

Snickerdoodle is also on sale, but not as cheap as these. Havent tried those yet though.
