Here's the full scoop on how to earn your $150 bonus:
Open a 360 Checking account between 12:00 a.m. ET on June 16, 2021, and 11:59 p.m. ET on August 17, 2021. When you open your account, ensure you enter in promotional code BONUS150 in the Promo Code box at the bottom of the page.
Set up and receive at least 2 direct deposits each of $250 or more to your 360 Checking account within 75 days of account opening. A qualifying direct deposit is a regular periodic payment, such as salary, pension, government payments (for example, Social Security), or other monthly income that occurs as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Real-Time Payment network credit from your employer or an outside institution. ACH credits or fund transfers initiated via the Capital One website or mobile app and wires are not considered a direct deposit.
This account is subject to approval. This offer cannot be combined with any other 360 Checking account opening offers. Only one promotional code is accepted. Bonus is only valid for one new 360 Checking account. The amount of your bonus will be reported on IRS form 1099-INT to the IRS (and your state revenue authority, if required).
When will I get my bonus?
Your bonus will be deposited into your new 360 Checking account by the date stated below:

What you need to know about the 360 Checking account:
A rate of 0.10% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) applies to accounts with balances between $0-$49,999.99, $50,000-$99,999.99, and $100,000 or more. 360 Checking is a tiered-rate account. Advertised rates are variable and effective as of 6/21/2021. Rates in any tier are subject to change at any time before or after account opening.
The interest is calculated on a daily basis and is based on the balance in the account. Interest on your account will be compounded and credited on a monthly basis.
Early direct deposit is available for 360 Checking customers that set up direct deposit with their employer or other payor to receive electronic deposits of regular periodic payments (such as salary, pension, or government benefits). Certain non-payroll and tax payments are not eligible for early direct deposit. Early direct deposits may be available to you up to 2 days earlier, however, we are dependent on the timing of your payor's payment instructions and therefore you may not always see your direct deposits arrive early.
Early direct deposit eligibility may vary between pay periods and daily/transaction limits apply. It may take two cycles for your direct deposits to take effect.
As of 11/24/2020, there are 2,084 Capital One ATMs, 31,469 MoneyPass® ATMs and 40,704 Allpoint® ATMs.
Mobile deposits are available only in the U.S. and U.S. territories.

For this deal, I think it is decent for right now since not many banks are running a promotion. I think the 400 ones usually land around end of year with Thanksgiving and Holiday promotion.
