To be fair interest rates were pretty good before the pandy. Now they all pretty much suck.
Me neither. Had to call them, and they said I never entered the code when opening the account. I then explained to them that I did, even recited the code I entered ("bonus400"), and they said they would review everything and maybe (!) do a manual override in 20 days to add the money.
That was the second time I called; the account was opened over 6 months ago.
I regret going with them instead of sticking with my previous bank.
