Solid deal. The original price was around 180 ( if you google the model), but somehow Amazon said it was 128.

Good deal. Keep in mind this is made in China, for those that care.

This is the made in Japan one (not on sale)

So disappointed with our purchase just a few months ago. The Panasonic one we had didn't rust until 5 years into. This one is already rusting 4 months in.

Do you have the link for Panasonic one since this Zojirushi price goes up?

Unfortunately, they no longer sell the 4 quart version of the Panasonic which is why we went with the Zojirushi. We know how to deal with scales but can't do anything with rust.

Thank you. I will probably go with the 2.3QT one.

Agree with the Amazon comments that the quality control has been inconsistent with Zojirushi. We have a different Zoji model, but the inner pot has started to rust after a few years.

Don't go with it just based on one report though especially with the 2.3 being more expensive than what this deal was. I likely given up on these boilers after relying on them for the past 15 years. Every manufacturer seems to be cutting corners nowadays.
