Breathing Monitor if you get the Nanit Breathing Bands or whatever they're called.
It actually offer helpful advice based on sleeping patterns. For example it notices if you put the baby down asleep, rather than letting the child sleep on their own. You'll get achievements if the child does things falls asleep on their own or sleep through the night.
All in all I love my Nanit. We had 2 children without it, and our youngest with it, and it's been worth every penny.
Security camera doesn't do background audio typically to use as a sound only monitor. It also includes a year of their analytics which has sleep tracking and recordings with motion and audio alerts. I also like their included wire management system which has a shroud to route the wire out of the babies grasp. Low light picture quality is also pretty good. Used the breathing monitoring for a little while, which gave peace of mind, but the bands and sacks are expensive.
doesn't look like it as all you get extra is the sheet and multistand
3M Command heavy duty picture frame strips is your friend. I have used it on so many things.
Honestly my wife and I just used old iPhone with FaceTime (or whatever calling app). Works well and you can make call out to multiple people if needed.

I will say we love our Nanit, but everyone has different preferences so hence the negative reviews. I love the peace of mind to use the breathing wear and monitoring. We use a floor bed and allow our baby to move around so the Owlet would not have worked just due to having something bulky on his feet to prevent him from the grip he needs to move. From reviews the Miku also seemed to have worse service than Nanit, so that's why we went with it. I'll admit it does have connectivity issues from time to time. When that happens, I just turn off wifi and the 5G on my phone gets my connection back on.
I have tried to use it with Alexa but am having issues, which is a bummer. Mainly because it doesn't work well with Google Wifi and we need to do an extra step to let it work and we just haven't yet. You can see their reviews on Alexa Skills. It isn't great.
All in all, because if you get this with breathing wear you can use HSA/FSA funds, and because cheaper sub $100 baby cams have been known to have security issues, I think the Nanit is worth it. But only if you get it on sale...
