I bought this treadmill for $600 last October. Been pretty solid so far. I'm 5'12", 230 lbs. Would recommend. I don't use the ifit so no comment on that.

This is a great price.

If you are into iFit and don't have an iFit enabled treadmill, this may be the time to get one. Based on experience of having an IFit bike (I use iFit manually on my existing treadmill), either go for the unit that requires a separate tablet (this one) or go for one that has at least a 10" tablet or larger.

I have read that you can wirelessly send the signal to a TV if you choose a tablet unit but that requires a TV in the room.

I hope this helps for those who might be looking at this.

How difficult was this unit to assemble? Also do you jog/run on it or only walk? Curious if the motor is strong enough for jogging - I'm around 205.

I wouldn't recommend NordicTrack products. Their customer service is terrible. We had a tread with an extended warranty... the controller ended up breaking after 2 months as diagnosed by Nordic. Called customer service dozens of times and they couldn't give us an ETA on the fix or any resolution - had the credit card company fight for a refund.

Is there any better treadmill or can i jump on this. Planning to start using during the east coast winters. If there will be a better model i can wait a bit longer to get one.

Only 1-month membership? That's not cool. Usually it's a year. Best to start a trial, which they'll give you a month for free, then use the month they give with this purchase. Unless they're talking about the 'get one month with this' and it's just the normal 1-month membership they always give for free.

I think you would be hard pressed to find something better at this price point. There are better machines but you will pay. If you are a heavy runner, you may want a machine that has a more powerful motor and a larger belt.
