The internet happened and the liars were exposed. Now everyone has to post realistic specifications. You can get real 1M candela, but they're a bit pricey. Astrolux, Acebeam, Lumintop, and many others all make flashlights with more than 1M candela. LEP(not LED) flashlights exceed 1M candela. They are very small and have a very focused spot.
