Thanks for the insight. The HD deal was showing as expired and the link you posted is slightly different... That one didn't include a rapid charger. All things considered, if you figure a rapid charger for the additional $40, free shipping, and from a big box retailer liker Home Depot, seems like a slick deal. Not an all time best, but a slick deal. Seems like prices for everything are going up and haven't seen a great deal on a 12.0 lately
