If you don't wear these headphones for a long period of time nor live in a very warm environment, then you should be fine and these are probably a great purchase.

The XM3s on eBay are certified refurbished and come with a 2 year warranty, so it's way better to buy them from eBay, not Amazon.[/quote]
I asked Secondipity what their warranty was and they responded 60 days earlier today. Amazon has always been helpful to me when I ran into a bad situation with a 3rd party seller. I can't say the same for ebay and certainly not beyond 30 days. I'll stand by my remarks and to each his own in what you want to believe.
