Any insight in to the real world differences with this and the other 3070 deal with the Ryzen 5600x machine? Will be used in a working environment with heavy processing requirements.

I bought this a month ago and returned it. Thermals were super hot, even with the case wide open. The 3070 is Asus branded, but is the two fan version, so it runs 10C degrees hotter than my 3 fan EVGA 3070 at full load. I think it only included one case fan which definitely contributes to the lack of cooling.

Edit:
ASUS 3070 inside this case: ~55-60 Degrees Celsius
EVGA 3070 Black: ~45-50 Degrees Celsius

Only 2mm GASH per 3.5mm flops. $1 per fortnight, electric bill was ok, landlord put raw meat in my vents since I used so much gashwattage per floppybang.
I wish I understood any of that 😆

ROG always run super hot, I don't know what their problem is. Returned a laptop from when it was blasting lava air.

EVGA 3070 Black: ~45-50 Degrees Celsius

Edit: maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but the temps were too close to the max temps of the 3080, which is just crazy high for the 3070 imo

Possible to put a 3080 in this machine and call it a day? Is the power good enough?

How much can the 3070 be resold for after buying this desktop for $1600?

$1600 - 3070 resell price = ?? ?

That looks awesome - did you have to switch out the power supply or what they put in was good enough?
