The real problem is the chase cards they created... too many variations, too much visual chase, and MTG is losing a lot of it's hype to poor design and over saturation compared to the up and comer.
Lots of poor choices by WoTC over the years, makes me glad I started selling my collection off during the great covid buyouts.

Baring any kind of speculative cards for eternal formats and cube It's likely to stay stable at this price $80-100 for several years. If you're looking for specific cards you're better off buying singles at this time.
I wouldn't call this a frontpager, but kinda "meh".
