Been searching few times a week and waiting either of these to drop first:
Aorus FI32U
or
Viewsonic Elite XG320u
Today Gigabyte's Aorus FI32U finally went on sale in the US at Newegg with
only $100 off:

31.5" SS IPS 3840 x 2160 4K Display Gaming Monitor
144Hz Refresh Rate, 1ms (GTG) Response Time, Supports FreeSync Premium Pro
10-bit color / 95% DCI-P3 / 123% sRGB / VESA DisplayHDR 400
1x DisplayPort 1.4,
2x HDMI 2.1
The monitor is very new and likely not many hands-on review available as it is very new. If you will pull the trigger, you are an early adopter of that new wave of 4K 32' screens

The ones with "true" HDR1000+ cost starting at $3000.
Honestly, after getting a 3080 and still unsatisfied with my fps performance even at 2560x1440, I'm going to to stay away from any 4k displays. Having 4k text is nice, but if you have to drop the resolution to 2k, the interpolation will suck a lot compared to a native 2k display. I also like 240hz way better than 144hz, and can tell a pretty large difference between them.
The last aorus I bought had great colors, but terrible text.I wonder how this does with text.
And HDR400 is complete bullshit. It's 'ok' at best.

I personally Own a Freesync 75Hz LG 34" monitor, and can use my Nvidia GPU with g-sync turned on and it works, even though it is not on Nvidia's officially supported list of monitors.
