Anyone know if/how urlhasbeenblocked cashback would change if Dell adjusts the price for me? I got this for $1200 a week or so ago with 10% cashback. Would the 10% be prorated to the new price, would it change to the current 2% rate, would I lose the cashback entirely, or would nothing change? TIA

Purchased the same at $1224.99 about a month ago. About a week ago the price was reduced to $1199.99 and I made a price match. Now I called dell and try to do price adjustment for it but they told me they only do one adjustment at most.
Just tell them you will return it and re-buy it. I've had success with this in the past and they cave in. Dell is strange when it comes to this stuff. I once cancelled an order to have them place a new one at a lower price and I had a supervisor call me 5 days in a row asking why I cancelled...

It's a MAX-P variant if you are wondering, 115W.
Could you explain a little bit on the difference among regular, max-P, max-Q of 3060

Not sure bit you may to contact urlhasbeenblocked to ask. I've had a couple of dealings with them and they respond fast and are awesome. I had CB back on my original order from Dell and Dell replaced a new one at a lower price so I couldn't use CB. I contacted urlhasbeenblocked and they took care of it all and added the new CB amount to my account on the fly. They are easy to deal with.

In a nutshell, Nvidia allows Laptop manufacturers to set the power limit for a specific RTX 3000 card, between a lowest and highest value. Value more close to the max limit, more better it will perform. For RTX 3060, the range is from 60W to 130W + 15 watt Dynamic Boost based on the workload. This Laptop has a 115W RTX 3060 which is very close to the maximum power allowed by Nvidia and hence offers better performance than some lowered powered variants, say Asus Zephyrus G14 with 60W + 20W or Zephyrus G15, 85W + 15W.

Would you get this laptop or wait and try to get the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro from in the in-store Walmart deal (for $1,399)? Probably the most intensive game I plan to play is Warzone and maybe BF 2042 and I'm not in a rush to buy either.
Aim for the Lenovo. Maximize your perf/$

Remember to check Amex deals, many people have $120 off $600 at Dell.

Also the specs say this only has one USB 3.2 Type A port, not three.

With the specific Lenovo, it is a better specced machine at a higher price (Lenvono 1,399) vs (Dell 1077.99 - ymmv Cashback options). Some people have $120 amex code and Cashback websites and dell rewards; making the difference ~$460 + rewards + tax.

Yea..but I just wanted to compare it overall..since this is an all plastic body and the g14 is aluminium..also the response time in g14 is fairly high which causes a certain level of ghosting.. any idea how the response time is in this one?
Apart from that both has 3060 and the g14 has a Ryzen 9. Just want to compare the pros and cons of both to find the better one out of the two.
