One thing you should understand, this is a thermally constrain chassis and most people are not aware of the fact that here i7-113700H is not setup at 35W default TDP but at far lower 15W TDP which means there is high chance that it will perform slower than some of the i7-1165G7 or 1185G7 based Ultrabooks. Don't get excited by seeing that H35 Processor here. Check Page # 10.

You are missing a lot on tech of this computer which OP posted. Not all Dell Inspiron are same.

Surely the small chassis can't take sustained power and, at any rate, the 1165 and 1185 are often run hard at high watts.
