The video says that the water through the rinse holes also flush the pathways through the overflow holes so you don't have to worry about overflow bits getting stuck in the drain.
I don't like the taller chair height toilets (for the same reason SquattyPotty needs to exist) but it may be necessary for them to fit the extra drainage.
It seemed like the pressure that would get forced down the drain to clear the clog actually went out the vent holes.
i looked through the first 100 reviews. heres why these are this cheap and on final clearance.
made in china and built for smaller chinese people. the size is smaller. both on the bowl size and is narrower from the wall. it could fit on your 12 in to the bolt meassurement but there is a big space gap from the tank to wall.
basically they shrink they whole toilet by an inch compared to american standard size.
very low sitting water in bowl. cant adjust any higher. good for peeing but not for large dumps. how did they come up with this water setting? based on their own people avg dumps?
cheap quality. built and designed not for americans. got alot of returns. final clearance.
There are 350+ reviews with a 4.5 score in average, 95% people say they are satisfied with their purchase. I dont know where they see the "first 100 reviews they read" saying it is cheap quality, a lot of returns.
My guess is this person does not know anything nor owning the toilet he/she commenting, but seeing "made in china", the bias kicks in right away.
This time I wanted 3 inch flush valve and standard height (not ada) with an elongated bowl. Went to a supply house and left with an American standard cadet pro for $189. I'll never buy another toilet from home Depot again. Especially a no name brand.

elongated bidet is a must. round one has no room.
Also keep in mind that it's not ADA compliant unless it's installed in an ADA-compliant bathroom... and who gives a shit about that in a residential home, anyway? They have no power or jurisdiction in a private household.

Usually the clog is in the trap which means that this overflow won't hurt it.
If the clog is in the sewer pipe main, then yes it might be detriment but that's very rare because that usually has a wider diameter than the rest of the system.
