For what it's worth I've bought some stuff from Aukey and been pleased with it. Didn't get any discounts/free product (but that's exactly what a shill would say).

I paid $50.10 for just the front cam Jan 2018. $70 with the rear cam is still a decent deal for what it is though. My 2 cents on it..... it's mediocre. It'll clearly show what car came from where and hit who. It'll show the status of the street light. But you're not making out license plates while moving with this one.

But why only Aukey. Many Chinese brands, especially in watches have fake reviews for items costing $100, which shouldn't be more than $30. Same goes for mobile accessories. Often a seller would use old product listing, replacing pics, title and description for a product just release and magically an IPhone case have 5,000 reviews when even the phone is few days away from lunch so how did so many people get the phones, case and review them especially review date will go back couple years

i'm surprised they got banned because i had really good customer service from them as well as their products. i have purchased at least 4 things from them and got good quality stuff. only the usb cables broke, but they were great with replacement asap. i never got paid for posting reviews. how did the others get paid? Keep in mind that almost all the Chinese brands on Amazon have done the "free products for review or pay for review" stuff at one time or another. If this crackdown happened in the past, brands like Anker would've gotten the ban hammer instead.

I also have enjoyed all my aukey products.

I have ravpower, anker, and aukey and they all have been great. Anker has failed a couple of times, but their warranty has been great

It wasn't only Aukey. It was 5-6 large sellers. And I think therein lays the answer to your question. A rando Chinese watch seller likely doesn't move near as much volume as Aukey did. In short, they were being made an example. A warning shot to all sellers on Amazon.
