thanks. i snagged one.

also, a giant lol for everyone gushing over the DTO deal the other day for more $ than this. i swear that site has some of the worst shilling nonsense going on around it. they have great deals, but when there is a non-deal, you have a dozen people ready to downvote anyone who calls it out as a non-deal.

The DTO deal was good if you were getting other items to spread out the shipping cost. If people just wanted the clamp fan I agree

Saw this on depot website a couple days ago and actually in stock so ordered 2. Should arrive today. I've heard great things.

I have the larger fan that uses the battery or can be plugged in and absolutely love it. Wanted to order a couple more for outside and for my shed to permanently mount but at $50 each I'll wait for a sale. These should do the trick just fine.

If you have a DTO near you and you don't have to pay for shipping, then the DTO deal was not more money. $15 for the clamp fan was a hell of a deal!

I ordered 2 of these from HD last week. They arrived yesterday and my wife laughed at me for buying expensive dinky fans. 3 hours later we had a power outage in the heatwave. I rented her a fan to recoup some of my expenses. Life is good!

Sure, cant deny that. but people were defending the price WITH shipping. it was crazy. like, seriously, the dto defenders crowd is really really big.

the 18v ryobi batteries. they are universal across their entire line of power tools, outside of the newer 40v line that is primarily yard tools.

Ordered two (separately) yesterday. My in laws got a lakehouse last year that doesn't have AC. The feels like this week was high 90s with high humidity on Monday and low 90s on Tuesday. Today it has dropped way down, but it was miserable. We will be back end of July so I can only imagine it getting worse. This means we will have the 18" air canon, 9" hybrid, and a pair of 4" clamp fans. No idea why, my in laws have like half tower fans, which never seem to move much air in my book.
