I had similar situations on a 2XL bought off Woot a few weeks ago. After I upgraded the phone to 11, I ran the following steps in order to resolve the "Apps stopped working" errors:
1. clear all caches with the recovery menu;
2. Then, factory rest
3. set up the phone as "new" rather than recovery from any Google cloud backups.

All problems resolved, never had any "Apps stopped working" again.

Got this one from the last time it was posted. Brand new old stock. Smooth for the most part, given the 4GB of RAM. I've always loved this version and it's still good.

Whether you like big phones or not has no bearing on the fact that the person saying the Pixel 3 was the same price as this deal making it a bad deal, when it is a 2xl not just a 2. Not to mention some people like the 2 more than the 3. Just go buy the pixel 3 and stop making stupid comments.

Finally caved, my 2XL's battery is crap and I always felt hampered by my 64gb of storage so this will be a nice holdover until the 6 (or knowing me, the 7) comes out.
