Good deal. Citi rarely has any deals on points to GCs or anything else, except for that one or two top/paid cards.

Lowe's gift card is the most useless gift card. When you return the item in Lowe's, they only refund "store credit" and lock on your driver license

I always buy stuff from lowes. Prefer to HD as i can always buy 10% off or $20 off $100 coupons so this deal compounds my discount to an even better deal

They did a good points deal on black friday last year too. I now hold onto my double cash rewards and wait to redeem for solid gift card deals like this. I prefer lowes to HD anyway since similar prices but can buy 10% off or $20 off 100 coupons for a buck or 2
