Use a soldering iron or heat up something similar to burn holes. Hot metal easily makes holes in to this material

But I wonder how toxic to be breathing burning EVA? ...What's the cheapest I can get a soldering iron for? Don't want to dig in dusty old garage for it

So you think a sharp X-Acto knife would be easy enough? I think it would be hard to get the curves with X-Acto knife.... and the cut outs are along the sides, which I don't like for gardening because I always get twigs and dirt Through those holes. Why not just take the vents out instead of closing them up on the Specialist clogs? Is it really saving that much money? I don't think anyone is buying them for the "vented look." If they're meant to be work in the workplace, I would think making them look less like crocs would be ideal.

I find amazon ones superior to crocs, better grip and vent. These makes my feet sweat and wear out quickly. (I work in a hospital and walk about 10k steps during my shift)

There is a typo in the OP. The first Crocs on the list are the "Specialist". These don't have vent holes. The second one is the "Specialist Vent" which DOES have vent holes cut out,

My podiatrist told me to get these or Birkenstocks due to my flat feet. But these are usually so expensive and they don't look like they have arch support.

Any real alternatives? If I ask the doctor, that's another $150 charge.

Punch is a better idea, this may leave burn marks and leave a bad finish that could rub ur foot or be unsightly. No harm in brainstorming tho…
