Got another "myProtein Slickdeals Alert"...This is my direct message to them. Should I give them another chance at redemption or keep my alerts on so I can remind folks this company is a scam? This "cancellation bs" has happened to many here three or more times. I'm pretty much done with them at this time. Let's see what they do. I'd be really surprised if I get this previously cancelled order at the discounted price. I had to order from another source. I got a pretty good deal.

Est. Dispatch Date 6/10/21

I'll never order again from myProtein again (I'll also warn Slickdeals forum people regularly) if this isn't corrected. I noticed over at Slickdeals there were dozens of angry customers like myself who got their orders cancelled after weeks of messages from your company citing "an order delay". The delay was perfectly fine. The cancellation wasn't. After making contact with several myProtein reps telling me they'd look into it, forward my order to the warehouse and have it reinstated, etc. Nothing happened. Now a month later another Slickdeals myProtein thread has many postings with this message:

I ordered the lemonade, dragon fruit and cranberry Apple flavors yesterday.
Today I got a tracking number for 2 out of the 3 items that shipped.
They will send out the cranberry Apple as soon as it's available the email indicated.
I got my last order very fast and accurately also. I'm really liking the protein flavors so far and their service has been good.

They must have known this would happen, right? A bunch of people get cancelled orders and they think those people won't go on the internet and mention it any time that myprotein gets mentioned? lol, they messed up BIG TIME. Let's see if it gets fixed.

I've placed dozens of orders w/MyProtein since 2016 and never once had a problem. They've always sent my order on time, and never canceled. The only thing about them is that once you submit an order, you can't change it.

I actually cancelled an order through customer service before.

Actually, before a few months ago I never had a problem with them. Now they have cancelled so many protein orders every thread will be full of people talking trash on them. Lol, they made their bed and now they will lie in it.

Even if you're annoyed that your order got canceled, how is it a scam? You got your money back.

I ordered on the 14th and got all three this morning. The lemonade tastes pretty good and for as many people that said it was hard to mix, I didn't have any issue, it actually seemed to mix easier than the Muscle Pharm powder I've been using.

Good for you. I'm happy for you. You're either ignorant or a company shill. MyProtein is a scam for the simple reason they actually scam via wasting customers time (time is $). They scam likely 1 out of 10 customers every time they post "a special sale". MyProtein led me to believe my orders were "delayed" for three weeks and then without notifying me cancelled my orders. In that time I missed several discount opportunities (other companies) thanks to MyProtein malfeasance. Screw 'em. Mad

Just received my cranberry apple order with my lemonade and strawberry on the way. I love the flavor so far, not too sweet and the foam settles after about 3 minutes. Perfect protein drink for the summertime days. I did have a sample of dragon fruit from a while ago and it was way too sweet ;/

Also kinda weird I didn't get all 3 at once though lol.

Just a heads up. My order was canceled last time and my most recent order is still pending after like 3 days. I'll post an update, but looks I'm not the only one experiencing the same thing. Myprotein posts an awesome deal but then just cancels your order.

Hopefully that's not the case. Crossing my fingers.
