Actually just bought this a week ago. Love it. I paired it with my other lg 27gn800. I can't tell the difference between the va and ips panel which I like better.

I haven't looked up reviews, but at first glance, I think this is a pretty slick deal for specs. I know that IPS is often preferred (brighter), but we've been happy with our VA gaming monitor in a dimmly lit room.

Not the same monitor. The Costco one is FHD 1980x1080 vs this one 2560x1440 QHD.
