Good deal for the brand name, but there are equivalent or better topical ointments out there like bacitracin zinc. Also, you can get much better value, greater quantity, and identical efficacy from generic drugs. I work in healthcare and don't know of a single clinician who uses brand-name drugs.
There are definitely certain notable exceptions/situations where name brand is preferable, but they are relatively rare. There is still impact from things like different delivery systems and such. This, however, is not one of them.
Me too, And yes it is made in the USA

Good price for Neosporin. Personally, I have found that Polysporin is more effective.

Most of the time you don't need these antibiotics. It only creates superbugs. Try not to use them on every cuts. As long as your immune system is up to par, you should be fine. I work in healthcare.

I tend to buy the version with pain relief. No idea how effective it is but helps selling the medicine to the kids.

Which means little to nothing anymore. Who are you supporting? What are you supporting? USA is literally divided in half so the idea of buying American made products simply hasn't stood the test of time.

I feel safer buying antibiotic cream or things like vitamins and food from USA versus China but that just me to each his own.

I wasn't attacking you personally. I feel just as safe buying from a company in china that I feel from buying from a company in the USA. Companies in the US answer to nobody but themselves so if they get a bunch of people sick they will release some BS statement, pay some arbitrary fine, repackage the product and keep right on selling it with just a tad less poison in it.
