I got order confirmation and in the it is written that order can be cancelled upto 45 mins but till now order has not been cancelled..do anyone know if they can cancel after 45 mins

I agree, just think how many warehouses they have/use and go from there. I can guarantee they don't just have an east, mid and west warehouse. They probably have x number of their own and use others spread throughout the country. I have no doubt my order will be cancelled but it isn't for lack of "storage" space, haha.

Hey guys - Just a quick PSA for when these orders likely get xcled - When you call to complain, whine, threaten to never shop at HD again, yell at or say how you'll sue them, blablabla, remember that the person you're speaking to didn't cancel or decide to do so to your order. They will stick to the script. Take the 20% off your next order, free ship or whatever consolation offer they give and move on.

They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.

Should go without saying, but some of the posts here are pretty concerning...

The 45 minutes is how long YOU have to cancel your order, not them. I tried to cancel my order but I was too late.

For those seeing "we are sorry this product is no longer available" in your hd accounts, I don't think this means it's canceled. I think the wording is there because in that same spot would be a big Buy Again button. I'm pretty sure it's just letting you know you have an order placed but you just can't buy it again because the product is no longer available.

Also I'm wondering if hd has insurance that covers this issue so that we still get our beds, they get insurance money, and everyone is happy except the insurance people

I looked up Professional liability insurance which is also known as errors & omissions (E&O). However, I think they are only bearing the full cost of defending against a negligence claim made by a client. So, it is highly unlikely.
