Until a few months ago, they used to have an unadvertised RMA form at
https://ssd.skhynix.com/customer_en.htm
but that has disappeared with just a bunch of FAQ answers and email contact form. May be they have another unadvertised form somewhere but I doubt it.
No point in doing business with such customer unfriendly and borderline scam companies. If they cannot handle retail sales, they shouldn't be doing retail sales.
Please do not encourage such companies here.

Edit - When I contacted GMK (my minipc is a gmk nucbox 2) they said I needed "3.5mm diameter screws" but when I searched that on amazon I still don't get it XD
just search for 3.5 HDD or 2.5 SSD screws and you should find them. Most SSDs don't come with screws because they assume you are replacing one and not adding. If you had a 3.5 HDD before, the screw would work for the 2.5 SSD, tho the mount inside the case might or might not fit depending on how old your hardware is. If you purchase a 3.5 to 2.5 internal bracket [amazon.com], it will come with screws.

On another note, I recall after buying this, seeing all the news about Chinese flash memory was about to flood the market and send ssd prices dropping. Never happened. Then covid hit and prices were supposed to soar. Didnt really happen. Then CHIA crypto happened and prices were supposed to soar. Didn't happen. Weird...

Older laptops used to have a sticker with the Windows product ID in the bottom side.
Some of the newer laptops that come with Windows installed will have the product code in the firmware, so Windows will automatically get it. It may ask for re-activation but this is automated and easy.
If none of the above work, the easiest way is to create an account at Microsoft and link the previous Windows installation to that Microsoft account before you re-install.This creates a digital license for that laptop. When you re-install, logging in back to the same account will fetch and reuse the digital license.

EDIT: MIGHT be upgradeable, but definitely not this drive. If it is upgradeable, it'll be an M.2 2230, see here https://www.videogamesc
