1) I bought, good one for me.
2) Looks like on eBay better price available
3) Anybody know, where to get replacement bags/ etc except expensive on official site?
Walmart offers 90 day returns. No such luck on eBay. Guess it's up to you to decide if the discount on eBay is worth it.

I can confirm that these generic dust bags from Amazon do fit and are the same shape and size as the originals that came with the vacuum. The only difference I noticed, is that the cardboard insert is slightly larger than the original, so it's a bit tighter when sliding it into the slot within the dust bin.

The one on the left in the pictures is the generic one, while the right is the original one that was already installed in the dust bin when I opened it. The dust bin pictured has the generic one installed.

Anyone having the vacuum move couple of inches forward after it is fully charged and detaching it from the base? Happened twice in 12 hours
Mine did that twice in 2 days. Will move forward a couple inches and dock back.

That's less concerning as the one I have doesn't go back to dock again until I tell it to

I reported this issue to their customer service along with not being able to connect to Google Home or Alexa. Let's see what their technician has to say.

Gonna end up returning it. Never got to use it. The top has the part that sticks up and it won't fit under our table and couches. Going to have to try something a little smaller.

Not really sure why you'd care if the carpet under your couches was vacuumed, but good for you for knowing what's important to you. Do most people really expect these robot vacuums to fit under couches? I just assumed none of them were small enough to make it under.

How does this do with cat litter? Bought it specifically for that, and the only review on youtube says it sucks at that, too weak unless cranked way up but even then not good.

How do you get the extended warranty? It was not an option when I bought my unit. It will arrive today. So can I buy it afterwards?

I ordered on the 20th and got it today and in Walmart account, I see this message indicating I have 28 days to add a plan 'Your order has purchases eligible for a Protection Plan. Add a plan within 28 days!'
Did you get the message after it arrived? Where in your account did you find it?

Purchased this last week and its been great! No issues so far and has actually been a decent upgrade from my Roomba 960. Much better mapping, cleaning, and features. Definitely a good deal at $270.

Hmm.. That's not encouraging. Does your dog have long hair? I am more concerned about carpet fibers. The T8+ simply can't empty any of that. Most of these Chinese robots were built for hard floors coz they don't have carpet there...

Anyway, the iHome is coming tomorrow, so I will find out myself. Looks like at least the app, iHome's mapping and navigation seem stronger than T8+ from the reviews. And at almost half price, it's worth checking out.
He has short hair, just a lot of it! I'm finding that this issue isn't happening as much as it was, hopefully you won't have a problem with the carpet fibers (i'm no help there as my poor carpet is beaten down from many years of use).

I will say that I am thoroughly impressed by the navigation and the app! My biggest complaint so far "selling" my husband on it (as it sits plugged into the wall)... he simply believes it's easier to vacuum and sweep than it is to ensure that it's not going to get stuck on something. Which happens, but is never a tragedy. It happens enough that I wouldn't trust running it overnight (my house is not "clear" enough-- in many other cases this is probably okay to do, though). Enjoy!!!

How often do you change the mopping pads? You just remove the pads when you're not vacuuming? Are replacement pads expensive?
