These retail $13 at Home Depot. Save $1 at Costco from 8.49 to 7.49. That being said picked up 5 a week ago, will figure out what to do with them later 🥸

Holes, no. Resistant, eh, yeah mostly, but definitely not waterproof.

The normal Costcos in my area didn't even have the 27 gallon, only the smaller bins. A Costco business center had them for 8.49.
