I do not have any experience with this particular seller, but most refurbished android phones i bought from similar websites were complete garbage. I got mine with dead pixels, heavily scratched screen when the condition was labeled as very good.

Most likely these are seller refurbished done poorly. it says no retail package, bulk packaging - red flag for me.

In contrast, the official samsung certified phone was like a brand new. Zero physical defect, retail packaging, new accessories and so on. Ofc, those are 160 dollars more expensive

If you want something cheap for a trade in deal, get this. If you plan on using it, I would be cautious

You could but you dont know how much Samsung will give you for it. Best to wait until you know the trade in values then buy maybe the S20 smaller model for a higher turn around.
