U sure is ups? All of mine are usps.

I dropped it off at UPS and also got a receipt for it. As someone pointed out, I am a Sprint customer so the process might be different.

Thanks for the detailed information. very helpful for me

I forgot to mention that I'm originally a Sprint customer. From all the replies I got, it seems like it would be a bit different if you're an actual Tmobile customer.

it's almost like you can't buy a used iPhone 8.... When did I say everyone should use an Iphone 12? I said if you want a better deal, wait for the iPhone 12 deal.
How many iPhones can you get for free by trading in 10-15 years-old phones? I have a T-Mobile MDA, HTC HD2, a Verizon flip phone, and another Verizon Windows Mobile 6.1 phone lying around. You wanna give me an iPhone 7 or 8 for all 4? Big Grin

Does a phone of a screen popping off (from battery expansion I assume) count as a functioning phone?

If it still turns on and there's no visible seam, I don't see why it wouldn't qualify.

If the screen looks like it's falling off, I wouldn't risk it.

It doesn't have to be CARRIER UNLOCKED! It DOES have to have any PIN or password removed that would prevent them from getting to the main screen!

thanks.. thats what i thought too.. but the reps insist they have to be carrier unlocked. I read through the Nord N200 forum as well. looks like carrier locked phones are fine.. so will do this myself instead of going through chat.

I am however hitting one Snag. THe phone i have is a Very Old Sprint phone that does not have an IMEI number. All it has is an MEID which has less digits than an IMEI..
Any one else have same issue?

Okay, go waste your time getting these cheap phones when you can get $600 value instead off an iPhone which has a higher resale value. Up to you.

Ok, how to get an iPhone by trading in a flip phone?

I was in the same situation. Reading through the forums, the best way to do it was through tmobile online help (I went through fb). What she did basically was use 111111.... as the serial/ imei, and I've sent it in and received credit for it already, so it should work.

You won't be able to do this upgrade online if your trade-in phone does not have an IMEI number. You HAVE to go through either 611, online support, or in-store to trade in an old Verizon or Sprint phone.

I think all those folks comparing between A32, Nord and this phone are deciding which one (or ones) should they get !
For folks like me who have already upgraded to max 4 A32s and then max 4 Nords, have a clearer vision, trade-in 4 MORE flip phones and get these 4 Revvl phones (and keep waiting for another trade-in deal without adding a new line)...LOL
I was told by multiple rep that the N200 is same offer with A32 and will have conflict between each other, how do you get your A32 and Nord together?

T-Force has mentioned there's a converter tool you can use. Never tried it myself because I didn't feel like bothering.

Chat reps? They're outsourced folks I'd never trust - check the T-Mobile subreddit for horror stories. Go with T-Force instead. I can tell you I did four of the A32s and four of the N200s and the promotions for both show up on my account, even for lines where I have one of each. The "deal" is the same (i.e. "trade in a working phone, get a free 5G phone") but the specific promotions are different so you can absolutely take advantage of this multiple times - up to four phones per promo (e.g. four of the A32s, four of the N200s, four of the V+, four of whatever they come out with next).
