An S7 whose home button pops out when turned over? A Pixel for which half the screen had started to pop out of the phone frame... because the battery was starting to bloat? Yeah, all of these were Scratch and Dent rather than Unusable by Anyone Other Than a Phone Repair Shop.
Good luck!

No phone number to call them.
No email address to email them.
No live chat service to chat with them.
Seems like customer service is not in their vocabulary.

All our Androids devices are unlocked if you paid them full."

When the phone is new it does not have the boot loader locked."

This phone might even do well for many as a daily driver, though I'd want to recommend a newer Pixel if at all possible (the Pixel 3 isn't much spendier, though could be tougher to find new), I just never realized how big the gap was between production and sales for this model that we're still seeing these as new in the secondary market:

I know that support for Pixel 2XL and Pixel 3 will soon come to an end. That said, if I don't really know what I'm doing and have never replaced the OS on any of my phones besides just doing OTA updates to higher level Android versions, should I just go ahead and NOT unlock the bootloader (if it's even an option on the phone I received)? I would do as many updates as possible on the ATT system before end of support and then just hope that there are no security issues going forward. I really don't need any operating system newer than Android 10 or 11, whichever of these are currently available on ATT.
Thanks for your assistance.
