This chair isnt good. Bought and returned it. Just get the WorkPro Quantum 9000 with the head rest. Other than the sliding back and forth arm rests its a good "knock off" of the Aeron.

This chair is not very comfortable at all and the seat portion is standard cheapo material that flattens pretty quickly. The mesh and arms were the only decent things about it. -source: had this chair

i personally am not a fan of aeron, uncomfortable to me. i picked up a steelcase instead

I bought the quantum 12000 with sliding armrest. My gf bought the Dexley at staples for the same price as this. It's well worth the price to upgrade to the workpro if it's more than casual use
