If you are tall (6+) the headrest will be low and awkward - if you try to use it. I just sort of ignore mine.
Edit: just saw the larger option shared by Rokket. Might have to see if my store has one to try.

This is a $100-150 average mesh chair. I have this chair, and looking to replace. It's not terrible, but not good enough as full time office chair to use for long hours. Very YMMV depending on how much back support you need and arm height adjustment is quite limited notches, and the headrest is too forward (ended up removing it). They have this in every staples store so go try it.
I would recommend the Kroy if you find it on sale, very similar chair, slightly better back support, and has 1in notches on arm height adjustment. You can try it in the Staples store as well to do a 1:1 comparison to the Hyken. https://www.staples.com/union-sca...ct_226027

The second chair that I recently bought had the staples at the seam of the chair come out. The mesh seat loses tension over time, luckily they have a decent warranty policy (7 years) so I was able to get a replacement seat again.
If you are a taller person (over 5'10"), you can perform the head rest mod to make the head rest taller. It's quite simple and only requires a screwdriver, I found an easy video on YouTube.
The chair is decently comfortable for $100 but it will not last in the long run. The materials from the chair aren't the best and eventually break down. If you are looking for a chair that will last, invest in something more expensive and higher quality. Otherwise it's a great budget chair that would need to be replaced after several years.
This chair has been great. I find it comfortable to sit in all day. The ergonomics are great. The headrest is nice at this price point. Two years ago the manufacturer replaced the arm rests under warranty (they were starting to crack). But that's been the only issue I've had with it. I've also upgraded the wheels to be the inline-skate style ones.
When my current chair starts to breakdown (not showing any signs yet) I'll be on Slickdeals looking for this deal to replace it.
If you want the Dexley, keep in mind that you can price match Quill in store. So I price matched to $120 this summer. Right now Quill is only $150.
