Follow the Hyken headrest mod, https://imgur.com/gallery/XwE7F I'm 6'3 and have had this chair for 2 years. Takes 10 minutes and doesn't damage the mesh if you do it right.

5'7", bought the dexley first and it was too big for me, this chair is 5'9" and under, dexley is 5'10 and up

If you're 5'10 or taller, don't get this chair - the headrest is too low and can't be raised. It will dig into your shoulders.

I have had this chair for a few years now and love it. I am 5'9" though and can see what you are talking about. I would say 2 more inches of length in my torso would create a problem.

Look into the Dexley Mesh Task Chair instead. From my understanding it's basically the Hyken but bigger.

I'm looking for something to help me sit up straight comfortably and fix my posture. Is the back support "stiff/firm"? And did the neck rest help?

I got this and just took the headrest off. A year and a half later it has held up well.

I've never had a work chair with a headrest in my life. But I'm actually working at a computer rather than on the phone all day long where you might lean back and relax.

Good chair for the price, but arm rest are a bit narrow. If you game with your arms flared out this might be annoying to you since your elbow won't rest on it properly. I'm 5' 9" average build and I find it annoying sometimes. Try it before you buy it.

Better this than most racing gaming chairs for sure.
