You can call your local store and say price check, the automated system will tell you the current price after saying the internet number. It is on clearance, but price still has not been marked down for mine.

This is very strange that this is on clearance now since it was on clearance exactly one year ago, but cheaper.

EDIT: Here is the link to the thread. It was only $149 then. Thinking this will go cheaper.

They just still have a lot more on hand. They need to get rid of the 18 V stuff.
And not making anymore since the new 40 volt tools are slowly making it to the US

Does anyone know the dB sound level from these? There's no point in getting a leaf blower unless it's able to fulfill its primary role of pissing off your neighbors.

LOL, only about as loud as a hair drier, but a bit lower pitched.
