I had run smurf tube throughout my house including on several walls on each room. I built the house nine years ago and I've only used a couple that needed a hardwire run as opposed to Wi-Fi.
Future proofing is a myth. Ted wayte, The owner of Gateway 2000 back in the day said the largest hard drive anyone would ever need is 100 MB. I spent the extra big money to upgrade to 120 MB to future proof.
Get some potable poly pipe use for water and make a continuous run so water cannot get inside the pipe and you should be fine with this As long as the terminations of each end of the pipe are protected from water.
Do not get CCA (copper clad aluminum) whatever you do. I got that once by accident and it was horrible. Pain to terminate and the connection was never reliable.
but it is sometimes useful to make your own

This makes the color black as cheap as $72.74 plus tax
Maybe OP / someone can add this to the deal details?
Throw it on 1.5x or skip around because he really covers everything which you might not need. IIRC he was using identically rated cables at this but from CableMatters, both in CMR and CMX flavors.
edit: weird, it didn't work yesterday but works today
Edit: Just saw this mentioned elsewhere.
