Just so every one know this is a Gen 3. So no it won't work with requirement for PS5. needs to run at least 5,500MBs/. You don't want it to run slower then the internal storage. But great deal for pc storage though.
Aye! It's you again. Posting the same comment on all SSD posts. Didn't someone call you out on another post on how the links being unrelated to the actual SSD in the post?
LOL. I hope that's 3 years extra on top of the existing 5 year manufacturer warranty.

This should be compatible with the PS5 in the new software, correct?

is this a good ssd or wait for P31? I need for 3-4 year old cheap desktop for now but in the future will move into a laptop. Not sure if needs a cooler for laptop use or if will fit into a laptop with cooler attached.

Still waiting to replace my 1TB NVMe SSD I bought three years ago for $69. Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron stop colluding to milk the consumer at 1-2TB kkthx. We are ready to be cheated at 4-16TB.

Didn't they already get in trouble for that back in the PS2, Xbox and NGC days? I recall being part of a class action lawsuit against the memory makers for gouging during that time.

Read more information in the comments from a couple days ago for same drive. It doesn't have DRAM onboard, but that may not be a dealbreaker at this price, even as an OS drive.

I took the Allstate (Square Trade) warranty. 3 years for $12.79.
They have good service in my past dealings with them for claims. Repped OP!
Also combined 5% using Paypal with Discover.

LOL. I hope that's 3 years extra on top of the existing 5 year manufacturer warranty.

i've read comments. completely new to m.2 nvme. will be my first drive. i prefer hynix with dram, even cheaper 500gb, but if this is just as good and doesn't overheat i'll try it. i won't get the advertised speed anyway in my old pc. maybe when i buy a new laptop this or next year. it's mostly for storage and reliability and hopefully faster video editing. i can finally edit 4k so i prefer something faster than sata. i don't even know if my m.2 slot supports pcie. don't know if m.2 can be both pcie and sata.
