"Who are you"??
I joined SD back in 2005 and was mostly a Lounger at first.. then I somehow stumbled into Hot Deals and caught the deal-posting fever.. So I started working for Slickdeals in 2007 as a Mod and then a "Frontpage Mod" (that was the term before "Deal Editor").
I haven't been around as much due to cutting my hours a little over a year ago ..
but now I am officially retired (as of today).
I was originally going to retire when my husband retires (a year from now),
but I now have a sweet little Grandbaby as of 7-weeks ago and she is adorable
So I couldn't resist saying to my Daughter and Son-in-Law..
"ok, i'm retiring now and I can take care of her while you are at work".
So I'll be in Grandma mode .. but also want to do some traveling and going to the cabin (luckily my DD gets a lot of vacation days so she can make other arrangements for those times).
I think my purple bar is still there for now.. but who knows by the time I finish writing this, it may go poof!
