Because the company is no longer headquartered in Russia and has facilities in 5 Eyes countries, including Canada. It is now run out of Switzerland.

And Uncle Sam has never confirmed if the company revealed anything to the Russian government.

Can anyone advise if you can buy multiple copies and stack the years?

Or if you buy multiple copies does it stack the devices (I.e. instead of 2 years you get 1 year but 10 devices...?)
