After returning three G9s I decided to hold out for the 2021 model. Specs look great, but price is way too much.

In my case, the first one had specs of plastic in between the screen glass. It would also flash every once in a while. Another had a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. It would have been fine if it was towards sides or edges. All of them had the loud popping noise, which I didn't mind since I've had Dell monitors that did the same.
